1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Vraynex services, a brand owned by Brayan Serna (hereinafter, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Service Description

Vraynex offers business process automation services that include, but are not limited to:

  • Design and implementation of automation workflows with n8n
  • Configuration of artificial intelligence agents
  • Integration with WhatsApp Business API
  • Connection with ERP, CRM systems and third-party tools
  • Custom software and systems development
  • Automation and process consulting

3. Intellectual Property

Automation workflows, configurations, and code developed specifically for the client are the client's property once full payment for the service is completed.

4. Payments and Billing

  • Prices and plans are communicated before starting any work.
  • Payments are made according to the agreement established with each client.
  • Failure to pay may result in service suspension.
  • No refunds are issued for services already rendered.

5. Limitation of Liability

Vraynex's maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client in the last 3 months of service.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia.
